Ingredients for 6 people

6 rocamadour goat cheeses

5 centilitres of olive oil in truffle juice

White pepper

5 berry pepper

Fleur de sel with black truffle

Preparation

Preheat your oven to 180 ° c.

Place the Rocamadours goat cheeses in a ramekin about 15 centimeters in diameter.

Then add the oil and pepper.

Bake for 10 minutes at 180 ° C.

Out of the oven, sprinkle a pinch of fleur de sel with black truffle.

Serve with toast or pieces of bread for dipping.
