Ingredients for 4 people

500 grams of young salad leaves (arugula, lamb's lettuce, red lettuce, romaine)

3 tablespoons of black truffle oil

1 tablespoon of sherry vinegar

A little black truffle juice (optional)

Seasonal vegetables if you want to enhance your salad.

White pepper

Fleur de sel with black truffle


Wash and wring out the young salad leaves.

In a bowl, mix the oil, vinegar and truffle juice. Pepper.

Add the young salad shoots and mix well.

Then add the seasonal vegetables previously cleaned and cut.

Mix again.

To finish, season with fleur de sel with black truffle.
