Ingredients for 4 people

A small brie of 200 g

11 grams of truffles


This preparation must be done 72 hours (3 days) in advance.

Cut the brie into 2 parts lengthwise.

Distribute the truffle on each side of the inner part of the brie.

Wrap in aluminum foil. Place in an airtight box and refrigerate 72 hours.

Take out and leave at room temperature 1 hour before serving.
