5 gram of truffles
50 grams of semi-salted butter, softened
6 toasts of toast

Preferably prepare 48 hours in advance.
Roughly chop the truffle.
Using a fork, mix the butter and the truffle.
Place in a ramekin and refrigerate 48 hours before serving.
Serve on toasted toast.
