Ingredients for 2 people

2 beef tournedos

15 to 20 grams of black truffles

20 cl of whole liquid creams


Fleur de sel with truffle

The juice of the truffle

200 grams of fresh tagliatelle


Two hours before your meal, pour the liquid cream, the black truffle juice and the grated black truffle into an airtight container. Store in the refrigerator.

The rest of the recipe is done at mealtime.

Boil a large volume of salted water to cook the pasta. Cook them for 5 minutes at the boil and drain them.

While the pasta is cooking, cook the tournedos in a hot, lightly oiled pan.

When the tournedos are cooked (to your liking), deglaze with the whole liquid cream with black truffle. Do not bring to a boil. Add salt and pepper.

Serve hot with fresh pasta and topped with black truffle sauce.
